We are working on adding PayPal in the future. For now, people may be able to sign up through a 3rd party in one of our apps (iTunes, Roku, Google Play, Amazon, etc.), as many of those services do accept PayPal.
We encourage all our Canadian fans to subscribe to this thread. Should our licensing deals ever expand beyond the United States, you will be the first to know!
I would like to see GIFT subscriptions made available in 3, 6 and 12 month increments. I would LOVE to give a subscription to this service as a gift for Christmas to more than one person.53 votes

I don't have a "real" credit card just one from Social Security that was sent via a company they deal with and that's how I get my disability payments each month. Instead of just accepting "real" credit card why don't you consider the ones Social Security sends out that are I guess consider pre-paid cards. If you would that would be a big help to people who either don't have a regular credit card or checking or savings with a debit card.8 votes

Make one low price available upon signing up for your service-not after signing up & seeing I paid too much 5 minutes ago
Just after finding this site and signing up, I got the app downloaded on my iPad and when I opened it, it is advertising this service for $12 less than what I just paid 5 minutes ago. I would recommend that this would be honored to new customers, otherwise I won't be renewing or recommending your service.2 votes

Please make billing more transparent by sending an email or text stating that a payment was submitted/approved.
Annual renewal and monthly billing needs to be more transparent. Send your customers a text or email with a simple note to remind them that the annual automatic renewal is about to happen and send a text or email to let them know that a payment has been processed. Otherwise it appears that something nefarious is going on.1 vote

This is unlikely, but we will let you know if we ever add it.
I was not happy when my subscription to feeln had expired without any notification. Getting back on feeln was rather frustrating. Subscribers should be notified that their subscription is about expire 30 days in advance to give us a chance to renew or drop out. If I am not notified in advance that tells me you do not need me to renew. It took over and hour to get feeln back???1 vote
