I've reset my password but still having difficulty logging in

Login problems often occur when a reset username or password is entered incorrectly. 

If your email address has changed, please use your old email address to log into your account, then manage your profile by clicking the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Update your email address in the My Account section by clicking on the Silhouette icon in the upper right corner of the page. 

Please consider the following when resetting your password:

1. Passwords must be at least 8 characters; a maximum of 128 is allowed.

2. Passwords cannot contain any variation of the word "password" or your account email address.

3. No character may be repeated more than two times consecutively in a password.
