When I log-in to Apple TV, it prompts me for another payment

This issue can be corrected by following these steps --
  1. Log out of the Feeln channel on your Apple TV.
  2. Quit the Feeln channel .
  3. Go back into the Feeln channel. 
  4. Go to Settings in the upper right hand corner.
  5. Click "Sign In to Feeln."
  6. Enter your Feeln username and password and SUBMIT
  7. Start streaming movies through your Apple TV.
