We're sorry to hear you had trouble with your purchase. The iPhone and iPad apps have a restore purchase feature that may help resolve this. Here are the steps to follow:
- Please ensure you are signed in to iTunes on your device with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase for a Feeln subscription.
- Please ensure you have updated to the latest version of Feeln on the App Store. The restore purchase feature is available on version 4.1 and above.
- Open the app and tap "Join Now"
- On the next page, enter your first name, last name, and the same email address you used the first time you attempted to sign up and click "Continue"
- On the next page, just click "Restore Purchases".
- After a few brief moments of activity, the app should then take you to a Welcome screen and you will receive a Welcome to Feeln email with instructions on how to set a password so you may log in to any device with your new account!
