I paid for a subscription on my iPhone/iPad, but can't log in and did not receive a Welcome email from Feeln.

We're sorry to hear you had trouble with your purchase. The iPhone and iPad apps have a restore purchase feature that may help resolve this. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Please ensure you are signed in to iTunes on your device with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase for a Feeln subscription.
  2. Please ensure you have updated to the latest version of Feeln on the App Store. The restore purchase feature is available on version 4.1 and above.
  3. Open the app and tap "Join Now"
  4. On the next page, enter your first name, last name, and the same email address you used the first time you attempted to sign up and click "Continue"
  5. On the next page, just click "Restore Purchases". 
  6. After a few brief moments of activity, the app should then take you to a  Welcome screen and you will receive a Welcome to Feeln email with instructions on how to set a password so you may log in to any device with your new account!
