How do I cancel my subscription?

 All subscriptions activated online at feeln.com must be cancelled by contacting Customer Care with your request. Our Customer Care Team is available by phone Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm PST at (855) 453-3356 or (855) HKFEELN.  

Cancellation requests for in-app subscription accounts must be handled through the device's support platform. An in-app subscription is any account that was created using in-app billing functionality through a streaming device.
