Movies stopped playing on website

We just updated our website to improve streaming quality, but some subscribers could run into an issue if they were watching Feeln during the update.

If you receive the following error --“CONTENT UNAVAILABLE” “ You don’t have a valid token to view this video.” -- then there are a few simple and permanent solutions.

1) Simply refresh our web page --

Windows/Linux/ChromeOS:

  • Click the Reload button.
  • Or, press F5.

Mac:

  • Click the Reload button.
  • Or, press R.
2) If you still encounter the issue, you may need to perform a hard refresh on our website to refresh the cache as well. To do this --

Windows/Linux/ChromeOS:

  • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
  • Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:

  • Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
  • Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
3) If you still encounter the issue, close the browser completely, reopen it, and try watching our content again.

4) If you still encounter the issue, try logging out and back in.
