I receive a "DRM authorization error" on my computer

If you receive the "DRM authorization error" (as pictured below), then you can follow the following steps to fix the issue:


1) Your browser cookies must be enabled.

2) Clear your browsers cache, cookies, hosted app data, and content licenses.

3) Clear your browser's Flash Access license cache.
- You should be on the "Protected Content Playback Settings panel" screen
- Click the "Reset License Files" button



4) Close your browser (all tabs)

5) Open your browser and try using Feeln again.

If you still see the error after steps 1-5, you can also try the following:


- Go to "Website Privacy Settings panel" and click "Delete all sites"



- Go to "Global Storage Settings panel" and make sure the marker is set to anything above 0KB, and the two options are selected



- Go to "Global Security Settings panel" and select "Delete all locations" in the drop-down menu



- Go to "Website Storage Settings panel" and click "Delete all sites"



- Go to "Peer-Assisted Networking Panel" and click "Delete all sites"


- Quit your browser. Restart your browser.
