I receive a "DRM authorization error" on my computer

If you receive the "DRM authorization error" (as pictured below), then you can follow the following steps to fix the issue:


1) Your browser cookies must be enabled.

2) Clear your browser's Flash Access license cache.
- You should be on the "Protected Content Playback Settings panel" screen
- Click the "Reset License Files" button



3) Clear your browsers cache, cookies, hosted app data, and content licenses.

4) Close your browser (all tabs)

5) Restart your computer.

6) Open your browser and try using Feeln again.

If you still see the error after steps 1-6, you can also try the following:


- Go to "Website Privacy Settings panel" and click "Delete all sites"



- Go to "Global Storage Settings panel" and make sure the marker is set to anything above 0KB, and the two options are selected



- Go to "Global Security Settings panel" and select "Delete all locations" in the drop-down menu



- Go to "Website Storage Settings panel" and click "Delete all sites"



- Go to "Peer-Assisted Networking Panel" and click "Delete all sites"


- Restart your computer.
